What Are My State Laws or Shipping Restrictions on Ordering Magazines Online?

Magazine Shipping Restrictions by State

Any orders placed for magazines that are not legal in your state will be immediately refunded and restocked, and may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

California:
No magazines over 10 rounds will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in CA, except for law enforcement or customers with a high-capacity magazine permit.

Chicago and Other Counties in Illinois:
No magazines over the below capacities will be shipped to customers in the following areas:

• Aurora, IL: Maximum capacity of 15 rounds

• Cook County, IL: Maximum capacity of 10 rounds

• Chicago, IL: Maximum capacity of 10 rounds

Colorado:
No magazines over 15 rounds will be shipped to customers in CO.

Connecticut:
No magazines over 10 rounds will be shipped to customers in CT.
As of 10/1/13, to comply with CT Senate Bill No. 1160, magazines holding 10 rounds or less can only be purchased if the buyer provides a copy of their driver’s license and one of the following:

• State handgun carry permit

• Long gun certificate

• Ammunition certificate

Delaware:
No magazines over 17 rounds will be shipped to customers in DE.

District of Columbia:
No magazines over 10 rounds will be shipped to customers in DC.

Hawaii:
No magazines over 10 rounds that are compatible with any pistol (including those compatible with both a pistol and rifle) will be shipped to customers in HI.

Maryland:
No magazines over 10 rounds will be shipped to customers in MD.

Massachusetts:
No magazines over 5 rounds for shotguns, and no magazines over 10 rounds for rifles and pistols, will be shipped to customers in MA.

New Jersey:
No magazines over 10 rounds will be shipped to customers in NJ.

New York:
No magazines over 10 rounds will be shipped to customers in NY.

Rhode Island:
No magazines over 10 rounds will be shipped to customers in RI.

Vermont:
No magazines over 10 rounds for rifles and over 15 rounds for pistols will be shipped to customers in VT.

Washington:
No magazines over 10 rounds will be shipped to customers in WA.

Please Note:
It is the buyer’s responsibility to research and comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding the possession, use, and sale of any magazine purchased from our shop.

I need help identifying the correct magazines for my firearm. What can I do?

Product fitment is the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure you are purchasing the correct magazine for your firearm before completing your payment.

Do you offer any discounts or coupon codes?

We currently do not offer any discount programs or coupon codes, but be sure to check back for future promotions!

The magazine that I want is out of stock. What are my options?

We do accept backorders. All you need to do is contact us, make payment for the magazines, and we’ll ship them to you as soon as they are restocked. Alternatively, you can sign up to receive an email notification when the magazine becomes available for purchase again.

My order was placed successfully but was canceled later. Why did this happen?

It is very rare for an active order to be canceled. If this happens, you should receive an email or text message explaining the reason. Possible reasons include:

• The payment instructions were not followed exactly.

• The order violates state laws.

• Potential fraudulent activity was detected.

• The magazine you ordered is out of stock.

How long does it take to ship my order after it’s placed?

We ship orders within 24 hours of receiving payment and confirming your order.

What are your payment options?

At OGM USA, we accept credit cards, Chime bank transfers, and Bitcoin.

What if I don’t have any of the payment options?

We’re sorry, but if you don’t have a credit card, Chime bank account, or Bitcoin account, you will need to create one to complete your order, or contact us to see if we can accept your preferred payment method. 

If my order has already been placed, can I make any modifications?

Yes. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can modify it.

The magazine I received doesn’t fit. What options do I have?

We accept returns within 60 days from the date of purchase. A return fee of 10% will be applied to all returns. 

My order has been shipped, but I’m no longer interested and would like a refund. What are my options?

Yes, it is possible to get a refund, but not a full refund. A 10% refund fee will be applied, and the refund will be processed once we receive your returned order at our warehouse.

I haven’t received my order yet. What should I do?

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery time, please check your tracking information first. If the tracking shows no updates or indicates a delay, contact our customer support team for assistance. We’re here to help!
